This committee coordinates school related items for the 75th Anniversary celebration. We are coordinating insurance, police permits, performers for the anniversary, volunteers, security, vendor list, clubs/booster organization participation, alumni database, Opening Ceremony, and the Hall of Fame.

Update:

We updated the golf information to reflect that the tournament will be at Black Gold Golf Club.  Prices will be confirmed and changed to reflect the true prices.

We outlined our tasks and worked up a list of potential "volunteers" that could handle the coordination of these individual tasks.

We will be asking the following people to assist in the festivities (we will confirm shortly):

Joey Davis (Asst. Principal) - Communications

Amy DesPalmes and Kevin McConnell- manage daytime gym events

Gayle Ashabraner - Food Safety Officer

Courtney Fenstermaker - Performance Coordinator

Andy Gerasimou - Security

Nancy Watkins and/or Tanya Borg - Volunteer Coordinator

Dwight Osborne - Technology Facilitator

• Discussed having the art dept do a commemorative tile and a "create your own" tile to be used in future planters or something like that.

• Discussed wireless service for the credit card machines. Dwight has indicated that this is a VERY BAD IDEA. He suggested we have some hard wired locations. It was also suggested that we possibly look at having ATM's brought on campus (keep everyone on campus thus KEEP ALL MONEY on campus).

•   Cathy is updating the VHStigers.org blurb about the celebratory events.
